We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns lacking an RMA number will be mailed back to you.
To receive an RMA number, you must fill out this form. If the item meets the criteria, you will be e-mailed an RMA number. Please put the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box you are shipping the item(s) in.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unused & dirt-free condition.
- All sale and accessories items are FINAL and will be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 35%.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Items returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 35% restock fee.
- Bags must be returned with their original Gracious Aires box. Please pack the Gracious Aires box inside another box as the original Gracious Aires box must be returned undamaged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- Damaged items are only valid for return within three day of receiving item. Tags must still be attached.
